Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join ALSO Italy on a permanent contract.
As a Business Controller, you will be the budgetary and strategic driver of the company, responsible for ensuring the performance of commercial activities.
You will work closely with Management in accordance with the Group's guidelines, ensuring budgetary management and participating in the definition of the objectives of the controlling department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate budgetary management and forecasting.
- Monitor results and analyze business development, providing insights to Management.
- Produce reports for Management and the Group, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Develop and update control tools to optimize business performance.
- Support functional managers in achieving business objectives.
- Participate in the reporting process at national and Group level, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Analyze reports and discrepancies, making recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses, highlighting key trends and insights.
Requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
- At least 5 years of successful professional experience in finance, preferably with experience in IT or B2B distribution.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of financial metrics.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong work ethic and resistance to pressure.
- International/multicultural profile, with fluency in English/Italian.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
