We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager, Financial Services Operations, Zurich to join our team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will play a crucial role in delivering banking, sales, and trading capabilities to clients around the world.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for partnering with various teams across the PWM Business to respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner. You will also perform client payment due diligence functions to the highest standard, safeguarding our clients' funds from external fraud risks.

You will work closely with PWM Business and External Counterparties to seamlessly run Security Transfers for PWM clients in various markets, building your understanding in custody structures. Additionally, you will reconcile incoming client cash and work with Agent Banks to run the bank's Treasury function, supporting flawless execution of high focus client transactions.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will participate in global projects across PWM Operations to drive the strategy of your functions and make a meaningful impact. You will be encouraged to share your thoughts on how to develop and improve processes, leveraging your risk & control mindset to regularly review operational processes and mitigate risk.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience in financial services, within Operations - ideally with experience in Treasury functions, Asset Transfers, and/or Custody related Services.
  • Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal partners with differing levels of product or process experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Fluency in spoken English language and professional writing are essential (German, Spanish, Italian, or French skills an advantage).
