We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and designing technological solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
About the Role
- Analyze business requirements and processes to design effective technological solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input on technical feasibility.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Avaloq core banking system and related customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define detailed business requirements with business stakeholders.
- Review solution proposals and specifications from Avaloq as a vendor.
- Support implementation teams in the design phase to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Closely interact with various business areas to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements
- Strongly familiar with Avaloq Core Platform; Avaloq certification is a plus.
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and HP ALM will be a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computing, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in functional analysis in the area of Private Banking, Wealth Management.
