About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Account Executive DACH Full Cycle to drive our growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Your Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role in identifying and closing opportunities, directly working with our Founders and a strong growth team that supports you in creating pipeline.
- You will be proactive in generating your own leads and not just waiting for incoming opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators
- Closing deals: You will own the entire deal life cycle from qualification to validation to closing.
- Sales Playbook: Most of your time will be spent hunting and closing new business, but you will also be responsible for improving our sales processes.
- Thought leadership: You will build relationships in the industry and establish yourself as a thought leader.
- Growth engines: You will continuously iterate and improve our growth engines on all levels: people, process, content, tools.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant Experience: Previous software sales experience in a similar company with a consistent track record of leading quota attainment on your team.
- Engagement: A track record of extracurricular engagement (e.g., side projects, sports, social initiatives).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are a must (French, Italian, and any other languages are a plus).
- Versatility: Extremely versatile and ambitious.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling.
- Passion: Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation.
