Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Technology Consultant to join our team as a Global Business Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of structures, including trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies, to ensure effective administration and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to ensure seamless communication and client retention.
  • Collaborate with external professionals to implement fiduciary solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor financial and non-financial performance to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
  • Communicate with clients, their representatives, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient administration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, applying knowledge to enhance Synpulse8's services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional experience in trustee companies, private departments of legal firms, or wealth planning in banking institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of trust instruments and their applications.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Outgoing personality and confidence in communicating with clients.
  • Able to understand client needs and company objectives.
  • Team-oriented and flexible approach.
  • TED membership is beneficial.
