We are seeking seasoned professionals with expertise in technical sales, AI knowledge, cloud technologies, and B2B solutions architecture. Your mission will be to collaborate with potential clients, delve into their needs and challenges, and showcase the value of Agentforce in addressing their business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will utilize your sales expertise, combined with emerging technologies and AI modeling, to identify and position Agentforce opportunities.
- Closely collaborating with the Salesforce Sales team will enable you to drive growth at current and new customers.
- With your extensive knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Agentforce, you will craft tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement.
- You will conduct thorough technical discovery to analyze complex business problems and demonstrate the impact of Agentforce's capabilities.
- Identifying and qualifying Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile will be another key aspect of your role.
- You will facilitate discovery conversations, helping clients understand their business needs and determining the viability of Agentforce as a solution.
- Crafting and presenting compelling Points of View (PoVs) will highlight the tangible value of Agentforce to both technical and business partners.
- Through cross-functional team collaboration, you will ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
- Aligning our solutions with clients' strategic objectives will be crucial to your success.
This Role Demands:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within highly technical sales environments.
- A deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, along with the ability to configure agents and integrate them into existing systems.
- Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform.
- The ability to map clients' needs to Salesforce's platform and Agentforce capabilities through technical discovery.
- Strong technical selling skills, including explaining AI models to non-technical clients.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales environments.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, honed through experience.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales.
