At State Street Global Advisors, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Intermediary Sales Expert to join our Swiss team. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our intermediary distribution network, with a particular focus on promoting our investment solutions across asset classes.

We value professionals who possess strong relationship management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of the Swiss financial landscape. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and meet key business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in asset management sales, with a focus on intermediary clients. Fluency in Swiss-German and English is essential. You will also possess a strong client-centric approach, with experience working with wealth managers, private banks, and financial advisors.

In addition to your technical proficiency and analytical skills, you should be able to articulate complex investment strategies in a clear and compelling manner. A collaborative mindset and ability to respond effectively to changing market dynamics are also crucial for success in this role.
