Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Intermediary Sales Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to expand our distribution network, promoting investment solutions across various asset classes.

You will work closely with a multi-cultural team, covering German-, French and Italian speaking regions of Switzerland. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet key business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our investment solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial intermediaries.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the intermediary space.
  • Coordinate RFP processes, client onboarding, and project management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in asset management sales, with a focus on intermediary clients.
  • Fluency in Swiss-German and English.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience working with wealth managers, private banks, and financial advisors.
  • Market knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Swiss financial landscape and intermediary distribution channels.
