Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned German-speaking sales professional to join our expanding Enterprise sales team in Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hunting into cross-vertical industries, large enterprises, and global organizations to drive high-impact deals.

You will work closely with our local team to bring excellent levels of energy, curiosity, and strategic thinking to add value to the organization. A solid track record of historical SaaS sales and quota attainment is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Zurich based or within 1 hour commutable distance for 2-3 days per week in office
  • 10+ years software/SaaS sales experience
  • Experience at CTO/CIO stakeholder management and closing high-impact 6-7 figure deals
  • Proven track record of new business wins in the German-speaking Swiss region
  • Highly desirable to be selling technology around SDLC, DevOps, Automation, Performance Monitoring etc
  • Familiarity with complex SaaS sales cycles into IT buyers
  • Appreciate for sales frameworks such as MEDDIC
  • Native German speaker
