
Business Development Leader

The Skills Coalition is seeking a seasoned business development leader to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across Europe, developing and executing strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's European footprint, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and achieving revenue targets by proactively managing the sales pipeline.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's presence across Europe. Your primary focus will be developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the company as a preferred partner in the CRO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth – Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's European footprint.
- Build & Strengthen Partnerships – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Revenue Targets – Proactively manage the sales pipeline, closing deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (PhD preferred but not required).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the life sciences industry, with CRO experience being highly desirable.
- A proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
