Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in Geneva, CH location.

Key Responsibilities
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in your geographic territory
– Conduct thorough research on target accounts and develop effective prospecting campaigns
– Develop a deep understanding of the business needs and potential for business alignment
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome
– Engage with our partners and ecosystem to support sales opportunities
– Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate on opportunities, resolve customer issues, and share best practices

Requirements
– Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
– Proven field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization or Consultancy firm
– Experience in startup, high-growth companies and/or a passion for entrepreneurial environments
– Strong digital experience, from UX over CRM to RPA and AI
– Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts
– Ability to develop strong connections and extend network within the client's organization
– Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level in Switzerland
– Proven top performer with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
– Fluency in French and English
