As a Business Development Executive at WeSub, you will play a key role in driving sales growth in the Swiss market through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • ANALYZE MARKET TRENDS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL PARTNERS.
  • PRESENT SOLUTIONS TO PARTNERS AND NEGOTIATE AGREEMENTS.
  • DEVELOP PROPOSALS AND CO-HOST PRESENTATIONS TO SHOWCASE OUR VALUE PROPOSITION.
  • USE CRM SYSTEMS TO TRACK SALES ACTIVITIES AND ANALYZE DATA TO INFORM DECISION-MAKING.
  • DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMPANY'S SUCCESS IN THE SWISS MARKET.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN B2B OR B2C SALES.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS.
  • FLUENCY IN GERMAN (C1/C2) AND ENGLISH (B2). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
