We are expanding in Switzerland and looking for a skilled individual to drive sales growth in the market.

Company Overview

WeSub, specializing in subscription-based sales models, is a leading player in the industry. Our goal is to transform the purchasing model in Switzerland through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends to identify potential partners and develop strategies for engagement.
  • Present solutions to partners, schedule meetings, and negotiate agreements.
  • Develop proposals and co-host presentations to showcase our value proposition.
  • Use CRM systems to track sales activities and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Drive sales growth and contribute to the company's success in the Swiss market.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (limited experience is welcome).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and communicate effectively.
  • Independent and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
  • Strong ability to handle cold calling and rejections.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland for business purposes.
