Regional Sales Manager, Western Switzerland

We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Western Switzerland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic accounts for the assigned categories of business in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and maximize channel profitability.
- Manage the sell-in process by adhering to account proposals and ensuring full price selling and margin.
- Provide detailed sales analysis to accurately reflect demand in the marketplace.
- Effectively launch new seasons by ensuring stores are fully stocked, visually merchandised, and point-of-sale materials are up-to-date.
- Ensure inventory flows effectively and responsibly through the market by working with key operational stakeholders.
- Implement the right product assortment within strategic accounts and the greater market to align with the in-store experience.
- Maintain account plans that are aligned to deliver and support brand sales directions and merchandising strategies.
- Use an effective, consultative approach to providing insight-based solutions to strategic accounts.
- Build insightful and influential brand ambassadors within strategic accounts to help identify opportunities and deliver a best-in-class Icebreaker experience at retail.
- Utilize understanding of industry trends, market/competitor data to develop account and business plans.
- Partner with marketing and brand experience on in-store events and marketing campaigns.
- 2-3 years' sales/marketing account management experience, ideally for an outdoor apparel wholesaler or retail landscape in Switzerland.
- Outstanding customer service standards.
- Insight, and a high level of commercial acumen.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proven analytical skills combined with an attention to detail.
- Proven revenue delivery.
- Exceptional relationship building & management skills and motivation to meet targets.
- Great time-management and prioritizing skills and experience delivering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in French and English. Swiss German is a plus.
- Availability to spend up to 25% of time on the road in Switzerland.
