As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and launching new products in the Australian market, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop and execute strategies to launch new products in Australia.
  • Build a pipeline of products for launch and establish infrastructure for their commercialization.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify potential products and negotiate contractual agreements.
  • Influence companies to partner with us, educating them about our company and brand.
  • Lead a team to launch products, including developing medical marketing strategies and assembling supporting sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in brand pharma and ability to build divisions across multiple treatment areas/portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of market access and commercial challenges.
  • Knowledge of bringing products to market and navigating commercial challenges.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and experience in contract negotiations.
  • Significant leadership experience, building teams and driving performance.
