Key Responsibilities- Product Identification and Launch: Identify prescription products sold in other markets and develop strategies to launch them in Australia, leveraging market access expertise and commercial acumen.

- Experience: Proven experience in brand pharma and the ability to build divisions across multiple treatment areas/portfolios, with a strong understanding of market access and knowledge of bringing products to market and navigating commercial challenges.
- Leadership Skills: Significant leadership experience, building teams and driving performance, with a consultative style and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and experience in contract negotiations, with the ability to think strategically and make decisions in uncertain situations.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of responsibilities as if running their own business within the organization, with the ability to learn quickly from failures and adapt to new situations.
