About the Role

As a Documentation and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, facilitating the processing of customer documentation orders, and managing customer contracts and data effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding technical publications
  • Facilitate the processing of customer documentation orders to ensure efficient and timely delivery

Requirements
