Client Onboarding Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at 0877 Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA. As a key member of our Front Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the new client adoption and account maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Front Office to ensure seamless client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous assessment and improvement of the client onboarding process, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Track and monitor account opening and maintenance processes, proactively following up with Front Office teams to ensure timely resolution of related issues.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on account opening processes, defining and tracking improvement actions to drive process efficiency.
  • Participate in periodic projects aimed at sharing expertise and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of client documentation and regulations in Swiss banking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services, with a focus on new client adoption and account maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Avaloq and Appway is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent level of English, with French a plus.
