About the Role

Lombard Odier is seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Lifecycle Management department, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process account openings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct due diligence checks, including CDB, KYC, AML, Crossborder, and Tax (FATCA, CRS, VAT, stamp duty, etc.)
  • Perform end-to-end processing of account openings, including analyzing and validating KYC, performing screening, and validating risk scores
  • Provide clear guidance to front office teams on assessments relating to material risks and formal aspects of account openings and linked changes in circumstances
  • Act as a CLM OB ambassador when liaising with tax, compliance, legal teams, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree (preferably in law) and/or recognized certification in compliance
  • At least 5 years' experience in the field
  • Very good knowledge of CDB, LBA, FATCA, CRS, Crossborder, and Suitability
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of AML, CFT, and Sanctions regulations
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English, with another language an asset
