About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Assistant (Administrative), you will provide personal assistance to the senior leadership team, including note-taking and diary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client checks, including 'Know Your Client' and 'Anti-Money Laundering' clearance processes.
- Assist in preparing, formatting slides, letters, and reports.
- Keep client databases and contact information up to date.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation as required.
- Engage in marketing support activities, including facilitating and coordinating client events.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to suit the audiences you will be supporting. You will also possess:
- Proactive, efficient, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong attention to detail and ownership for the delivery of high-quality work.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
