Job SummaryWe seek an experienced Account-Based Marketing Manager, Customer Growth to join our growing team. In this role, you'll blend strategy and creativity to plan, execute, and measure end-to-end campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline through cross-selling into new personas within key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Planning: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to analyze customer data and uncover cross-sell opportunities in key customer accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Design and manage personalized marketing campaigns that leverage various channels to engage targeted accounts effectively.
- Persona Development: Define key cross-sell personas, understand their needs and pain points, and determine how Nexthink solutions can address them.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of customer ABM initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- 7+ years of Field Marketing, ABM, and/or campaign/program marketing experience in B2B, and IT/Tech space.
- Proven success driving marketing activities for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies.
- Experience with marketing automation and ABM tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and effective communication.
