Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our team. As an ABM Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns that drive customer growth and expansion. Your expertise will help us engage new personas and generate cross-sell opportunities within key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic cross-sell plans and offerings based on customer needs and data analysis.
  • Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns across various channels to engage targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with campaign and product teams to define key cross-sell personas and tailor content to address their needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize future initiatives and report findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, ABM, and/or campaign/program marketing in B2B and IT/Tech spaces.
  • Proven success driving marketing activities for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies.
  • Excellent marketing project management skills and knowledge of marketing automation and ABM tools.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
