About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development and growth of key accounts in the Swiss Off-Trade market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and category expansion.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key retailers to drive business growth.
  • Support the development of a world-class sales team to drive commercial excellence.
  • Lead commercial projects to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Negotiate with key retailers to drive revenue growth and category expansion.
About You
  • Proven experience in commercial or key account management roles, preferably in an FMCG environment with a focus on Off-Trade.
  • Experience in driving plans and partnering with category management, revenue growth management, and customer strategy.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on total team delivery.
  • Positive energy, solution-oriented, self-confident, and committed to personal development.
