Account Manager

Logmind is a dynamic start-up company based in Lausanne, Switzerland, that develops a cloud-based log data analysis platform. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and autonomous individual with drive and passion to join our team as an Account Executive.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at different levels of an organization.
- Manage negotiations and closing of contracts.
- Provide after-sales support and remain in regular contact with customers to maximize their loyalty.
- Meet revenue targets by maintaining a measurable pipeline.
Your Qualifications & Competencies:
- Knowledge of IT Operations, DevOps, IT Security, or Log Management.
- Technical skills to understand customer requirements.
- Prior experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
- Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
