Account Manager

Logmind is a dynamic start-up company based in Lausanne, Switzerland, that develops a cloud-based log data analysis platform. The company aims to transform the tedious and manual work of IT teams into a simple and fully automated process.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and autonomous individual with drive and passion, who has prior experience in enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations, DevOps, IT security, or log management.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Cold calling and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
- Booking appointments and demo calls to demonstrate the value of the solution
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers at different levels of an organization
- Managing negotiations and closing of contracts
- Providing after-sales support and maintaining regular contact with customers
- Meeting revenue targets through measurable pipeline metrics
The successful candidate will have:
- Technical skills to understand customer requirements
- Prior experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
- Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
