Your Role: Paint & Bonding Process Expert
We're seeking an experienced Paint & Bonding Process Expert to join our team in Villeneuve. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the manufacturing and maintenance of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Coordination: Coordinate the industrial control (safety, quality, delivery, cost) of special processes bonding and painting during the tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty.
- Process Design and Industrialization: Design, industrialize, and qualify the product/process pair, as well as industrial means (tools, work instructions, gantt charts, etc.) to be implemented in line with design and project planning.
- Risk Management: Manage industrial risk through process FMEA and associated improvement action plans.
- Training and Support: Prepare, train, and support start-of-production and lead improvement plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Ensure continuous training and permanent qualification of production teams and support functions linked to painting and bonding.
