Nagi Bioscience, a pioneering life science instrumentation company based in the EPFL Innovation Park, is revolutionizing biological testing with its cutting-edge Organism-on-Chip technology.

As part of our mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable and efficient testing methods, we are seeking an exceptional Field Service Engineer Lead to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive customer satisfaction, foster strong relationships, and contribute to the development of innovative products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our products and services, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Methodology: Develop and maintain detailed documentation and processes, including guidelines and standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring easy accessibility for both customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Training and Support: Deliver on-site training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products, helping them understand best practices and providing necessary tools and knowledge to avoid future issues.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and being approachable, empathetic, and responsive to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with our Research & Development team to share ideas and recommendations for product improvements and new features based on customer feedback and field experience, contributing to the development of next-generation products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:

We offer an attractive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to unique technology, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for rapid professional growth and development.
