Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Climate & Sustainability team, you will play a key role in helping clients develop effective strategies for a sustainable business model.



Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on sustainability topics, with a focus on risk and quantitative modelling, in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.
  • Help businesses, particularly in the financial services sector, with their sustainability risk identification and risk management processes.
  • Build, validate or run models in the sustainability area, such as scenario analysis.
  • Assist clients with decarbonization, from baseline validation to metrics and target setting, to decarbonization levers and monitoring.
  • Promote innovation and develop new tools and methodology for our offerings.


Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree and strong academic record in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
  • At least 3 years of financial services industry experience, including exposure to risk and quantitative modelling topics, and a good understanding of key sustainability issues for financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English.
  • Fluency in German and/or French is a significant advantage.
  • A strong drive to gain experience in the financial services industry and consulting, and to work in an international environment.
  • A passion for sustainability and helping the Swiss financial sector to transition.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to develop new business ideas and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization.
