Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sustainability Strategist to develop and implement winning sustainability strategies for our major clients in Food, as well as contribute to the expansion of Quantis' leading edge sustainability strategy solutions.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for key clients in Food and other sectors
- Lead account relationships with global companies, focusing on sustainable change management and risk assessment
- Mentor junior team members on strategy skills and help design new services and solutions
- Collaborate with Quantis teams globally to strengthen delivery of strategy-related services
- Support innovation activities to develop new smart sustainability strategy solutions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, with significant exposure to corporate sustainability
- Deep understanding of business strategy and strategy consulting in the Food sector
- Ability to communicate effectively in fluent English, with German and/or Swiss German considered an asset
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in project management a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to adapt to new challenges, and innovate new paths to success
