We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Sustainability Expert to join our Key Account Management division.

About the Role

As an Environmental Sustainability Expert, you will play a key role in cultivating, managing, and growing client relationships with our banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless client experience while expanding sales activities by upselling of RepRisk services across divisions and entire enterprises.

You will work closely with internal and external counterparts, including contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring delivery on service levels, and acting as an escalation point for any issues arising. Additionally, you will carry out various operational and administrative activities throughout the lifecycle of a client relationship.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage client relationships: You will own and manage a portfolio of clients, including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, amongst others.
  • Upsell RepRisk services: You will expand sales activities by promoting the use of RepRisk services across divisions and entire enterprises, in line with the RepRisk client journey.
  • Support client satisfaction: You will support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider and help clients navigate the RepRisk platform while providing high-quality service standards to ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rates.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices: You will actively engage in contract and pricing negotiations with internal and external counterparts to ensure delivery on service levels and address any issues that may arise.
  • Perform operational tasks: You will carry out various operational and administrative activities throughout the lifecycle of a client relationship.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Professional experience: 3-5 years of previous experience in financial markets, asset management, or in a client-facing role with demonstrated experience in selling and contract negotiations.
  • Educational background: A higher economic education with a Bachelor's or higher degree is preferred.
  • Industry knowledge: Candidates with experience working with financial institutions, especially with asset managers, banks, and insurance companies, will be given priority.
  • Communication skills: You should be able to effectively communicate complex concepts simply and clearly to clients.
  • Languages: Fluency in both verbal and written English is required; German or French is also necessary; other languages are a plus.
  • Technical understanding: You should have a strong technical understanding that enables easy interaction with financial professionals, IT, and Product Teams.

Estimated Salary Range: CHF 80,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Zürich, Switzerland (remote work possible).
