As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial statements, as well as maintaining compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger accounts, journals, and ledgers, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- SOX Controls and Internal Reporting: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective SOX controls and internal reporting processes to ensure the integrity of our financial statements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with other members of the finance team, including the Entity Controllers Group, Global Delivery Operations, and Costing team, to ensure effective communication and coordination of financial reporting activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting, CPA or Master's preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in an accounting and/or finance role in an international organization, preferably in the Pharma industry.
- Skills: Expert in accounting and financial reporting, strong stakeholder management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and ability to work in a team environment.
