Global Engineer Technical Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our GlobalEngineer team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our industrial heat pump sales efforts and building strong relationships with our customers.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our engineering team to develop proposals for industrial heat pump solutions, including cost and pricing calculations.
  • Lead technical and commercial negotiations with international clients to secure orders.
  • Define project scope and establish effective bidding strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on the most cost-effective and technically optimal heat pump solutions.
  • Work with regional sales teams to build strong customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to market research and strategic planning efforts to enhance our industrial heat pump solution portfolio.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in plant engineering, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Proven expertise in EPC project sales and project management.
  • A strong technical education with relevant advanced training or an engineering degree, ideally a Master's.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and legal contract evaluations.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Willng to travel (10-20%) and engage with diverse cultures.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, and independent thinker with a problem-solving attitude and strong assertiveness.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales projects, campaigns, and initiatives effectively.
