Office Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office, leading by example and maintaining a high level of personal presentation and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repairs by 3rd parties.
- Ad hoc coordination of meeting and workshop events, including management of visitors, reception coverage, catering, cleaning, room booking, and transport.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Lead occasional workspace projects and initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Operate and maintain our internal workplace management systems and projects.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs.
- Assist in office budget planning and monitor expenditures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
