About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Intern to join our team at Georg Fischer Rohrleitungssysteme AG. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and optimization of our email marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless campaign execution and alignment with other marketing channels.
  • Assist in creating, developing, and testing customer journeys, segmentation, forms, and workflows to enhance our marketing automation capabilities.
  • Participate in evaluating new and emerging test technologies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that email marketing aligns with other campaign channels, such as paid media, social media, and website.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the business within Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing, interacting with business users and technology partners, and providing guidance and operational support.
  • Create and update guidelines (SOPs) for marketing automation topics to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Support the Marketing Automation Manager in the daily business, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

    Requirements

    • Recently completed or studying towards a degree in digital marketing, business, journalism, media, communications, or related fields.
    • Full business proficiency in English.
    • Experience in marketing automation (or email marketing) is a plus.
    • Motivated, resourceful, and curious self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in common technologies, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
