Driving Business Growth as Head of Operations

Carity AG is a pioneering Swiss digital health startup dedicated to enhancing cardiac patients' lives during and after rehabilitation. Our mission revolves around increasing self-confidence, motivation, and adherence to rehabilitation programs while reducing the risk of new cardiac events.
With our unique blended intervention solution and digital health platform, we empower healthcare providers to optimize their processes, support caregivers, and improve quality of care. Our first product has been released as a medical device in Switzerland.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Head of Operations/BD to join our leadership team and drive business growth. As a key member, you will define, implement, and optimize all required operations, including product operations, procurement, delivery, payments, and CRM processes. Your primary objective will be to enable Carity's successful take-off on the Swiss market, ensuring smooth operations, happy stakeholders, and scalability as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Build strategic relationships with rehabilitation centers in Switzerland to secure patient access to Carity's services.
- Develop and oversee patient engagement strategies to enhance adoption and usage of Carity's solutions.
- Monitor patient conversion rates and collaborate with the team to optimize related processes.
- Implement patient feedback mechanisms to continuously improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Drive reimbursement strategies by engaging with insurance providers to secure further coverage.
- Manage integration operations with partners, ensuring seamless data and operational flow.
- Oversee contractual agreements with partners and ensure compliance with relevant terms.
- Continuously monitor and improve operational processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, healthcare management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and scaling operations within the healthcare or digital health industry.
- Prior experience as a strategy consultant is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record of success in a startup environment.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices and healthcare products.
- Track record of successful partnership management and integration.
We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
