Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to ensure seamless integration of our solutions across their development pipeline, encompassing technical integration with developer IDEs, ALMs, and Continuous Integration chains, as well as integration to software lifecycle and existing business applications.
- Drive technical issues to resolution, from customer concern qualification to in-depth technical investigation and effective customer relationship management.
- Work closely with Sales and Consultants to enhance overall customer experience and ensure our Service offering delivers maximum value to customers.
- Contribute to refining customer feedback to inform product discussions and shape product evolutions, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in enhancing the way we work.
Required Skills
- Software engineering best practices, with at least 3-5 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and delivering high-quality software.
- 2+ years of experience using or administering a DevOps pipeline, including SCM tools (e.g., Git, SVN), IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio, IntelliJ), and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins Pipelines, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, GitLab).
- Working knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
- Investigation skills to understand problems in context and reproduce scenarios.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can-do attitude, challenging status quo, and contributing to key improvements and innovations.
