Administrative Assistant in a Dynamic Startup Environment

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to coordinate calendars in multiple time-zones, and have experience in scheduling internal and external meetings. Additionally, they should be proficient in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports. The successful candidate will be able to assist in the coordination of strategic projects and provide general administrative support as needed. A fresh graduate from higher education with a background in a startup environment is preferred, but not required.
