The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department at Roche. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including liaison with senior stakeholders, participation in CSR activities, and general report creation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the CEO and Chairman's Office
  • Participate in CSR activities, such as the Children's Walk, and provide administrative support
  • Generate reports and handle administrative tasks via Sharepoint and Concur
  • Arrange visitor meetings and travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing agendas and meeting materials
  • Onboard new colleagues and organize team events

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and German
  • Experience working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to track and manage projects
  • Collaborative, professional, and highly responsive approach to the workplace
  • Ability to work independently and with a team effectively
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
