Viking, a global cruise line, is seeking an Administrative Intern to join its Learning and Development department. As an intern, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the growth and development of our crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in administering the learning management system (LMS) by handling support requests from crew members and office colleagues.
  • Create training materials, documentations, and manuals.
  • Oversee testing content in the LMS and review digital courses in the process of creation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, verbally and in writing.
  • Curious and eager to learn how a global cruise line is organized and what is expected from the L&D department.
  • Positive personality and ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
  • Solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and tech-savvy.

Education:

  • Currently attending a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of tourism/hospitality/HR/IT-related topics.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Spirit of discovery that sees technical problems as challenges to be solved.
  • Graphic or design skills, or at least an interest in visually appealing content design.
