Administrative Intern

Viking is seeking an Administrative Intern to join our Payroll department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Payroll manager in various tasks, including declaration, employee registration and de-registration, reporting of social security absences, and relation with insurances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Payroll manager in different tasks
- Declaration prior to hiring
- Employees registration and de-registration
- Reporting of social security absences to the health and foresight insurances
- Follow-up daily allowances
- Relation with insurances (CPAM, Foresight, Health insurance, France Travail...)
- Management of terminations
- Updating HR/payroll policies
- Support for Social Watch
- Support for time management
Key Qualifications:
- You are fluent in French and English, verbally and in writing
- You have gained first knowledge within the Payroll field
- You have a positive personality and like to work in a multi-cultural team
- You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Education in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, HR or Payroll related areas
