About the Role

Sprinklr is a leading enterprise software company that empowers organizations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic account planning, territory development, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive new business sales revenue and expand existing relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and champions at CMO, COO, and CTO levels.
  • Listen to and understand clients' needs to deliver value and exceed expectations, building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to provide a sales edge and drive revenue growth.
  • Seek feedback and continuous learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of success in building relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent EQ and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Customer Experience revolution and ability to articulate the value of Sprinklr's solutions.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
