Als Leiter:in Sales Zone PostFinance stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden im PostFinance Store professionell empfangen und erstklassig beraten werden.

  • Du leitest dein Team mit Leidenschaft und förderst sowie forderst deine 6 Mitarbeitenden
  • Du berätst und verkaufst unsere Produkte sowie Dienstleistungen in der Sales Zone und führst aktiv Outbound-Gespräche
  • Dir gelingt es, im Erstgespräch mit Kund:innen erfolgreich Potenziale zu erkennen und diese gezielt an Kundenberater:innen weiterzuvermitteln
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Sales Zone auf Verkaufstätigkeiten ausgerichtet ist und leitest einfache Servicing-Anfragen der Kund:innen in digitale Kanäle oder das Postnetz um
  • Du setzt die Unternehmensstrategie und die daraus abgeleiteten Ziele und Massnahmen stufengerecht um

Das bringt du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich
  • Erfahrungen in einer Führungsrolle mit starkem Kundenkontakt, vorzugsweise in einem serviceorientierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Finanzdienstleistungen sowie Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Anlegen, Finanzieren und Vorsorgen
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Einstellung, professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Gehaltsrange

Dein Bruttolohn wird zwischen 100'000 und 115'000 pro Jahr (100% Pensum) liegen und ist abhängig von deiner Erfahrung noch verhandelbar.
