Servier, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Hematology/Neurooncology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share in the oncology field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key stakeholders in the oncology field, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including oncologists, oncology nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our oncology products to key stakeholders, providing scientific information, clinical data, and educational resources to support the adoption and utilization of our products.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments related to oncology products.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure coordinated efforts and seamless execution of key account plans.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to support the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and up-to-date information on products, availability, and ordering processes.
Requirements
- Education in Life Science (PharmD, PhD, MSc)
- German language proficiency (C2 or mother tongue)
- English language proficiency (C1)
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, oncology/hematology/neurooncology field experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland

- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
