Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Director to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of innovative technical solutions that meet the diverse needs of our global customers. You will serve as a crucial bridge between our key account managers and our manufacturing plants, as well as our global R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in new-product development projects to ensure they meet technical, quality, commercial, and operational objectives.
  • Meet with customers to determine potential product development opportunities to improve overall business performance and portfolio.
  • Guide the development and implementation of new products, working closely with manufacturing, quality, and commercial management.
  • Act as an internal interface between sales, manufacturing, and the product teams to identify customer requirements, emerging trends, and benchmarking competition offerings.
  • Actively participate in preparing product application reviews, writing technical files (product specifications, identification, and test files, etc.).
  • Maintain and develop continuously technical knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's or PhD degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years in a similar role within a multicultural and international environment.
  • In-depth experience in one or several related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams, and navigate foreign cultures.
