Job Title: Brand Communication Manager

Join the Capri Sun Group Holding AG team as a Brand Communication Manager, where you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global communications strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Lead global communications and production agencies for all communication assets and local adaptations
  • Develop and define media strategy to reach target audiences
  • Manage digital initiatives, including social media, SEO, and e-commerce strategy
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all markets
  • Plan and execute global brand communications and media activities
  • Provide support and guidance to local markets
Requirements:
  • Relevant university education in Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least 5 years of professional work experience in brand communications in a brand-led FMCG company
  • Prior work experience in an advertising agency is highly desired
  • Experience in development of campaigns, agency handling, and media management
  • Proven track record in managing digital and social media campaigns
  • Business fluent in English and good command of German
  • Solid handling of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
