Job Description

As a Banking Platform Engineer at Swissquote Bank, you will be responsible for assisting various departments with technical issues related to our platforms. Your primary tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical cases
  • Maintain and operate customer databases using SQL
  • Develop automation tools to improve trading system performance
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support to clients
  • Develop and optimize internal tools
  • Extract complex database information for other departments
  • Coordinate with development teams to resolve critical cases
  • Monitor and implement IT system checks
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Systems and passion for IT
  • Proficiency in Windows/Unix/Linux environment, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash)
  • Knowledge of REST API is a plus
  • Fluency in French and good knowledge of English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to work on critical systems
  • Interest in fintech and banking, with a strong sense of customer service
