Job Description

We are seeking an experienced iPaaS Integration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our integration platform, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our iPaaS solution, ensuring seamless connectivity between our ERP and customer applications.

Your primary objective will be to enhance process reliability and efficiency, significantly reduce development work on Netsuite, and open new service possibilities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain integrations between internal systems and customer applications.
  • Create and manage automated workflows to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage APIs to ensure interoperability between internal systems and customer applications.
  • Ensure API security and performance using industry best practices.
  • Provide high-level technical support to resolve issues related to integrations and APIs.
  • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure the availability and reliability of integrations.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their integration needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data integrations and APIs, with hands-on experience in iPaaS solutions such as Boomi and Celigo.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages and integration tools (Java, SQL, XML, JSON, etc.), database management, and cloud computing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
