- Lead and Manage Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft AI and Power Platform technologies.
- Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Strong Experience in Data & AI Business Development: At least 5-6 years of experience in Data & AI business development and project management, preferably in the Microsoft AI / Power Platform domain.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Microsoft AI technologies, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, and Fabric.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership and Motivation: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant) is a plus.
- Language Skills: English fluency and German strongly preferred; French is a plus.
