The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer success, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a customer success team, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and execute customer success strategies, including onboarding, training, and regular check-ins.
  4. Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in customer success, with a proven track record of leadership and revenue growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level) and French, with German as an asset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software businesses, with knowledge of subscription and renewal models.
  • Expert-level project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Initial phone interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager (30 minutes).
  2. Interview with our Country Manager (60 minutes).
  3. Case study followed by a small interview with future colleagues (80 minutes).
  4. Final Talk in our Geneva office (45 minutes).
