Spacewise AG is a pioneering proptech startup revolutionizing commercial property management and online marketplaces. We empower brands and tenants to effortlessly search, evaluate, and book ideal locations for events, pop-ups, and promotions. Our platform is trusted by major names like Migros, Coop, SBB, Swiss Post, and Wincasa.

We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our growing team as an Account Executive. As a key player in our DACH market growth strategy, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborate with the customer success team, and secure long-term contracts. Your role will involve:

  • Managing accounts and driving product adoption
  • Carrying out sales activities, including calls, social media interactions, online demos, and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Solution selling and presenting Spacewise's comprehensive suite of solutions and services
  • Participating in industry events to build your professional network and promote our company
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular sales forecasts and reports
  • Achieving revenue goals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Providing customer onboarding and support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of managing and closing complex, high-value deals
  • A hunter mindset, with a passion for pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth through proactive outreach
  • A fast-paced work style, with the ability to excel under pressure and take on challenges
  • A personal sales approach, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and leverage data to engage and persuade clients
  • A strategic, curious, and creative thinker, with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in pipeline development and a solid methodology for prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline
  • Strong determination, motivation, and diplomatic communication skills
  • Fluency in native German and professional English, with proficiency in French an added advantage
